Customer Service specialist decided to team up with our Operations and
Maintenance know it all who has many years experience in truck driving and
maintenance and open up Tri Logistics Pty Ltd. We are committed in becoming the
leading supplier of Local and Interstate Transport.

Also teamed with another professional Director who has excelled in Customer Service, our focus is to create a unique customer experience. We understand that Customer Satisfaction is based on loyalty, identity, values, and relationships.
Our Directors not only do they have hands on experience in the transport industry, each comes with the 2 main components to make this a sucessful business.
The first being the Customer Service component and with over 20 years in the industry she will help her team go beyond simply delivering your product, and develop strong bonds with you. She understands the 5 P’s of Customer Service Excellence – Process; Product; Presentation; Price and most importantly People! Our second component being the Truck driving experience which puts our Operations Manager in the best of the best category. With hands on experience of being a driver and a mechanic, he will help and educate his team into delivering safe, and sound results. His team gets constant training to ensure they are updated with the new laws and requirements.
